Dianna started working with Jim Craven as a volunteer in May 2001. In October 2001 she joined the staff as a conservation assistant. In addition to her conservation skills, she has also proved to be an excellent teacher, helping Jim with his students. Her artistic training is a great asset to the work of the conservation department.
