Michigan Web Archives

Description

The Michigan Historical Collections (MHC) is committed to documenting the history and everyday life of the State by preserving material in a variety of formats, including materials available on the Web. As part of the Bentley Historical Library's Web Archiving initiative, MHC preserves, describes, and provides access to websites of historically significant public, social, educational, and cultural organizations and institutions around the State. In selection of websites to archive MHC follows its central mission: documenting the history of the state of Michigan and the activities of its people and organizations.
