This scrapbook contains programs, clippings, memorabilia, and photographs illustrating student life and is an excellent snapshot of student life at the University of Michigan during the early 20th century during the period leading up to the First World War.

Walker was a professor of law at the University of Michigan. His collection includes the original draft of the act to establish the Catholepistemiad and other documents related to the founding of U-M.

Ivory Photo was a prominent Ann Arbor photo company. Ivory Photographic Services became the official photographer for the Michigan Alumnus, Michiganensian, and the Bureau of Alumni Relations. At one time, Ivory was doing daily photo finishing for more than forty stores in Ann Arbor and neighboring towns.

Manuel Quezon was the first President of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, serving from 1935-1944, the last years of the American colonial period (1896-1946). The collection contains correspondence, memoranda, reports, speeches, articles, and other materials relating to his career, 1909-1944.

This selection of photos was donated by former Michigan Daily photographers to represent their best work. Most of the images date from the 1960s and 1970s.

Warren Petoskey is an Odawa and Lakotah elder as well as a writer, musician, dancer, and founder of Dawnland Native Ministries, an outreach program for those affected by American Indian boarding schools. His collection gives an overview of his life and work.
