Since the Michigan-Ohio State game was moved to the final week of the conference season in 1935, the Wolverines and Buckeyes have decided the Big Ten championship between themselves 26 times. The following is a list of those classic match ups:

2007 3 14 OSU is Big Ten champion. (Both teams entered the game with one conference loss, each having lost the previous week. OSU won consecutive outright titles for the first time since 1954-55. UM finished in a tie for 2nd with Illinois.)
2016 2730 Overtime win gives OSU tie for first place with Penn State in Eastern Division, Penn State holds tie-breaker and plays Wisconsin in Conference Championship. UM finishes third in division.  (Had UM defeated OSU the Wolveines would have tied Penn State with 8-1 records, UM held tie-breaker with Penn State and would have faced Wisocnsin in the title game.)
2018 39 62 OSU and UM tie for Big Ten East Divison title (Ohio State secured a tie for the division title and a trip to the conference championship with a dominating 62-39 win at Columbus. U-M came into the game with a perfect conference record and a win would have given the Wolverines their first division title.)
2021 41 27 UM and OSU tie for Big Ten East Division title. (OSU entered the game undefeated in conference play. UM had one loss. The win sent Michigan to its first Big Ten Championship game where the Wolveirnes defeated Iowa 42-3.)
2022 45 23 UM won Big Ten East Division title. (Both schools entered the game undefeated, OSU ranked #2, U-M #3. The win gave U-M its first undisputed division title.)

2010 737 Ohio State clinches a tie for the Big Ten title with Wisconsin and Michigan State at 7-1. BCS ratings determine who goes to the Rose Bowl.
2017 20 31 Ohio State's win gives the Buckeyes an undisputed Eastern Division title and they went on to claim the conference title with a win over Wisconsin. Had Michigan won, Michigan State would have tied for the division title, but the Buckeye's held the tie breaker.
