Donald G. Staebler was a farmer who worked on the Staebler Family Farm in Dixboro, Michigan. He collected and preserved Staebler family archives and used these records to write a history of the farm. Washtenaw County purchased the farm in 2001. The collection includes scrapbooks of photographs, correspondence, and other materials related to the family. Also included are Staebler’s written notes and drafts of the farm’s history.
