Pallab Bhattacharya is a Distinguished University Professor in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) Department at the University of Michigan. Well-known for his breakthrough discovery of quantum dot formation, Bhattacharya’s research focuses on semiconductors and optoelectronic devices.
