David Brown

A two-time consensus All-American and three-time All-Big Ten selection. Brown maintained the great Michigan tradition of fine defensive backs. A native of Akron, Ohio, Brown intercepted nine passes during his career and was also a fine punt returner, including an 88-yarder, the second longest runback in Michigan history. Brown was co- captain of the 1974 squad.
