Brad Cochran

Consistency and excellence best describe Brad Cochran's tour of duty with the Wolverines. Possessing exceptional speed and agility, he proved extremely durable, never missing a start over the final three years of his brilliant career. A consensus All-American and tri-captain in 1985, he led Michigan to a 10-1-1 record, including a win in the Fiesta Bowl over Nebraska. He intercepted 12 passes in four seasons, tying him for third on the all-time career chart. Cochran also amassed 184 tackles during the years in which the Michigan defense ranked nationally in fewest points and yards allowed.
