University of Michigan Football All-American
Paul Seymour
Tackle, 1972
Coming from one of the great football families in Michigan, Seymour earned All- American honors in 1972 at the tackle position after playing two seasons at tight end. As a receiver, Seymour caught 19 passes for 257 yards. His great blocking ability warranted the needed adjustment in his senior year. His brother Jim was an outstanding receiver at Notre Dame, while cousin Phil was a fine defensive end for the Wolverines.
