Bob Westfall

Small as fullbacks go at 180 pounds, his smashing drives and ability to pick holes made Bobby, particularly with Harmon in 1940, part of a one-two punch that contributed to Michigan's success. Captain in 1941, he led Big Ten scoring as a junior, and then earned All-American honors. After leaving school for the Army Air Corps, he returned to for his degree and play for the Detroit Lions before becoming a successive business executive.
