The papers of this professor of entomology at the University of Michigan include correspondence (May-Aug. 1864) of John Milton Hussey, who served with Company K, 156th Regiment, Ohio National Guard. The letters chiefly describe the regiment's work at guard duty in Kentucky and Maryland. Hussey was a resident of Mendon, Ohio.
